Faulty Printing Quality:
If you receive a product with noticeable defects in the printed image, including but not limited to:
- Missing or misaligned print elements
- Streaking or banding
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence of the printing defect.
Faulty Hardware:
If your product exhibits any hardware malfunctions, such as:
- Failure to power on or operate correctly
- Broken or damaged components upon arrival
- Malfunctioning mechanical parts
Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order with a detailed description and, if possible, photographic or video evidence of the hardware issue.
Replacement Process:
Upon verification of a faulty printing quality or hardware issue, we will:
- Provide a free replacement of the affected product.
- Cover all associated shipping costs for the return and replacement.
How to Initiate a Replacement:
- Contact our customer support team at sales@slcprint.com or 801-755-5759.
- Provide your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
- Attach clear photographic or video evidence of the defect.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the replacement process.
Exclusions:
- This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidental damage by the customer.
- This policy does not cover normal wear and tear.
- This policy does not cover issues caused by customer provided images that are low resolution, or otherwise unsuitable for printing.
- This policy does not cover customer dissatisfaction with design. Only with physical product defects.
